Dec 11, 2010· In any hydraulic system you have a power source that rises pressure, in this case 17.1 atm. (=251.37 Psig) You are not mentioning the area of cylinder that will make the lifting work. Once you know that area, you can calculate the lift. 17.1 atm. means 17.1 kilos per square centimeter, but, what size cylinder? Or caracteristics of hydraulic motor?
