However, I did not get that from your article. It appeared from my reading of it that deadlifts, if done well, are good for your back. I would disagree with this. They are good for your back if done correctly AND you have the physical attributes AND range of motion to allow for a sound deadlift (i.e. pelvic region/back/core are all in good order).
